I’m Matthew Koranda, a craftsman who has spent my career immersed in the construction and remodeling industry refining skills across framing, finish carpentry, tile, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. Over the years, I’ve learned that great craftsmanship isn’t just about tools and materials; it’s about listening, solving problems, and treating every home as if it were my own.

Before founding Gray Renovations, I led Koranda Remodeling, where I managed everything from small home repairs to full renovations. That experience taught me the importance of clear communication, quality workmanship, and attention to detail, values I carry into every service today.
